• Weekly term starts on Saturday at 3 pm

After the lease ends the deposit is returned, or the corresponding amount for damage to the equipment of the building is paid

• The advance payment shall be paid within a week of confirmation of the rental deadline by the landlord, by transfer to the account, the payer will be paid by the lessee no later than 7 days before arrival at the cottage, as well as by transfer to the account.

• When leaving the lessee, he will clean the entire cottage, ie he hand over it in the state in which he took over

The lessee is obliged to pay the landlord (cancellation fees) if they withdraw from the confirmed order

Upon withdrawal from the confirmed order, the lessee is obliged to pay the landlord to the landlord of:

(a) 10% of the total price for lease charged by the landlord when the order is canceled more than 50 days before boarding

a) 25% of the total price for lease charged by the landlord when canceling the order 49 - 30 days before boarding

b) 50% of the total price for lease charged by the landlord when the order is canceled 29 - 15 days before boarding

(c) 100% of the total price for lease charged by the landlord when the order is canceled 14-0 days before boarding

If the lessee provides compensation for himself, cancellation fees do not pay

We also draw attention to the possibility of cancellation fees in case you need to cancel your stay for serious reasons

The moment of withdrawal is considered to be the day of delivery of the proof of cancellation of the order to the landlord.
