Mikuláš, right in the very historic center of Znojmo, which is one of the most famous and most visited cities in South Moravia, Znojmo monuments, cafes, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, wine bars, etc., are just a few steps away.

Lovers of history, wine, cyclists and tourists will find their way, exploring the winding streets of the old town, tasting wine, using the wide network of cycle paths and visiting tourist attractions

About 50 m from the building is one of the stations of the Znojmo train, which can be used to take you, even with bikes, across the whole of Znojmo, e.g.

to Louka swimming pool, Rotunda, dam, Masarykovo and Mariánské nám., railway station and back

There is a pleasant sitting area at the cottage and on the terrace with a beautiful view of the landmarks of Znojmo and the Dyje river valley

Also, many historical monuments in the immediate vicinity will provide you with great experiences

It is possible to visit guided tastings in the area with a tour of cellars, vineyards or wine production, while we can provide all the necessary information about the city of Znojmo and its surroundings, advise where to go for sports or entertainment

• The weekly term starts on Saturday at 3 p.m

and ends again on Saturday at 10 a.m

• Electricity and gas are paid according to actual consumption during the rental period

• The deposit (refundable deposit) is CZK 4,000

After the end of the rental, the security deposit is returned, or the corresponding amount is paid for damage to the property's equipment

• The advance payment is paid within a week of confirmation of the rental date by the lessor, by bank transfer, the tenant will pay the additional payment no later than 7 days before arrival at the cottage, also by bank transfer.

• Upon departure, the tenant cleans the entire cottage, i.e. hands it over in the condition in which he received it

The tenant is obliged to pay the landlord a termination fee (cancellation fees) if he withdraws from the confirmed order

When withdrawing from a confirmed order, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord cancellation fees in the amount of:

a) 10% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled more than 50 days before the start

a) 25% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled 49 - 30 days before the start

b) 50% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled 29 - 15 days before arrival

c) 100% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled 14 - 0 days before the start

If the tenant provides compensation for himself, no cancellation fees apply

We also draw your attention to the possibility of cancellation fee insurance in case you have to cancel your stay for serious reasons

The date of delivery of the order cancellation document to the lessor is considered the moment of withdrawal from the order.
