A weekly stay in the months of June-August costs CZK 22,000/week
(It is the price for renting the entire building, where you will be alone (it doesn't matter how many people will be there - however, the maximum is 12 people)
A weekly stay in other months costs CZK 20,000/week.
After receiving confirmation of the accommodation reservation, please pay the deposit (CZK 7,000 for weekly stays) by bank transfer within the specified period.
If the deposit is not credited to the account in time, the booked date will be offered to other interested parties.
Payment of the remaining amount (surcharge) will also take place by transfer to the account before arrival.
The price for the stay is final and includes energy (electricity
energy and water) as well as services (internet, parking, swimming pool, recreation areas) and a fee to the municipality.
With a paid deposit, you reserve your accommodation, if for some reason you cannot come, the deposit is non-refundable.
