On the ground floor there is a generously designed living room with a fully equipped kitchen (see equipment section), a large dining room, table football and direct access to a sunny terrace with outdoor seating and a barbecue.
Next to the living area is a luxurious wellness area with a Finnish sauna for 4-6 people and a relaxation room with direct access to the terrace, if you would like to enjoy cooling in the snow in winter

The fully equipped kitchen (see equipment section) including the dining room offers everything needed for cooking and baking
The bonus of the floor is an additional room reserved as a quiet study or playroom for children with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds (folding full-size bed).
