On the adjacent fenced plot with a nice garden, there is plenty of activity for adults and children

There is a large swing, a lever double swing, a slide, a rock cave for children, sun loungers, an outdoor fire pit, a sandpit, a swimming lake with a waterfall, a raft and a night light

There is a garden grill including wood

Bicycles and scooters can be rented by prior agreement

In winter, the region is covered with a large layer of snow, which is not salted on the roads and usually lasts until early spring

There are extensive cross-country trails and for lovers of walks, prepared paths in the forest

Action - the winter season lasts from October 1 to May 31!!!

We offer additional accommodation in a newly built Canadian log cabin with a capacity of up to 9 people

it is located under presentation number 4898 (South Moravia section, Velenov village).

Accommodation in the Log Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 2 bedrooms in the attic of the building

Each of them has 1x double bed + 1x single bed, i.e. 6 beds in total

There is also a bunk bed for a child in one bedroom

In the living room, there are two more places on the large sofa for sleeping in case of emergency.

Sanitary facilities: There are 2 bathrooms in the building

The first of them is on the ground floor and is equipped with a toilet + sink and shower

The second bathroom is in the attic and is equipped with a toilet with a sink and a corner bathtub.

Heating: Internal accumulation fireplace

It warms up beautifully even in the cold.

Transportation, parking: Own, 2 parking spaces at the building.

Dining

The building has its own equipped kitchen

Food delivery to order

There are restaurants nearby (500 - 3000m)

From spring to autumn, there are food stalls around the pond (300m).

Log Cabin furnishings

On the ground floor of the building there is a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa and a massive table

It is equipped with a Full HD TV, a DVD player and a home theater with 5.1 sound

It includes a perfectly equipped kitchenette with two refrigerators, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a stove and a toaster

It goes without saying that all dishes and kitchen utensils are provided

Bicycles and scooters can be rented by prior arrangement

We have newly prepared nice decorations, candles and bracelets for you - all our own original production

For garden lovers, we offer the option of buying rockeries, perennials, grasses and shrubs from our own production - we have almost everything that grows in the garden near the log cabin on offer.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The following DISCOUNTS can be applied from the total prices:

- for a stay outside the summer season for only 2 people, it is possible to apply a discount of 20% from the list price.

- a 10% discount from the list price is possible for a weekly stay extended by another week.

- if you bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels, you can claim a discount of CZK 300.

PROMOTION - WINTER SEASON RUNS FROM OCTOBER 1 TO MAY 31!!!

The price includes normal consumption of water, electricity, wood, as well as toiletries, cleaning products, recreation fees and the rental of bed linen, towels and tea towels

Booking a stay is possible by sending a request by e-mail

If you are interested in a stay, a preliminary deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is required

The rest of the total amount is paid on the spot when handing over the object just before the stay

You can bring your dog with you, but keep in mind that everything is made of soft wood and extra care must be taken

However, please report this fact in advance

We charge CZK 1,000 per stay for a dog, in the case of multiple dogs, we charge CZK 1,000 for each of them.

CANCELLATION conditions: if there is a ban on our activity or a mass ban on the free movement of people by order of a state authority, we will immediately return the entire paid deposit.

If you cancel your stay for any other reason (but you can also send someone else to stay), the following applies:

If the stay is canceled more than 30 days before the start of the stay, we charge CZK 1,500 and send the remaining part of the deposit back immediately.

If you cancel your stay 30 - 15 days before the start of your stay, we charge CZK 4,000 and send the rest of the deposit back immediately.

If the stay is canceled 14 - 0 days before the start of the stay, we will not return the deposit

However, please inform us of this fact, we will try to find a solution with you to alleviate this unpleasant situation.
