It is a large swing, a lever two -seat swing, a slide, a stone cave for children, sunbeds for sunbathing, outdoor fireplace, sandpit, lake with waterfall, raft and night lighting designed for bathing

There is a garden grill including wood

By prior agreement it is possible to rent bicycles and scooters

In winter, the region is covered with a large layer of snow that does not salt on the road and usually lasts until the early spring

There are vast cross -country skiing trails and for lovers of walking roads in the forest

Event - The winter season lasts from 1 October to 31 May !!!

We offer additional accommodation in a new Canadian cabin with a capacity of up to 9 people

It is located under the presentation number 4898 (Section South Moravia, Municipality Velenov).

Accommodation in the Log Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic of the building is 2 bedroom

In each of them is 1x double bed + 1x single bed, ie a total of 6 beds

In addition, there is a bunk bed for a child in one bedroom

In the living room there are two more places on the large sitting bench emergency.

Sanitary facilities: There is 2 bathroom in the building

The first one is on the ground floor and is equipped with toilet + sink and shower

The second bathroom is in the attic and is equipped with a toilet with sink and corner bath.

Heating: Internal storage fireplace

Even in frosts he heats up beautifully.

Transportation, parking: Own, 2 parking spaces at the building.

Dining

The building has its own equipped kitchen

To order imports of food

There are restaurants in the area (500 - 3000m)

From spring to autumn there are stalls with refreshments (300m) around the pond.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and a large sitting bench and a massive table

It is equipped with full HD TV, DVD player and home cinema with 5.1 sound

It includes perfectly equipped kitchenette with two refrigerators, kettle, microwave, cooker and toaster

Of course there are all dishes and kitchen aids

It is possible to borrow bikes and scooters by prior arrangement

Newly we have nice decorations, candles and bracelets - all your own original production

For lovers of gardens we offer the opportunity to buy rock gardens, perennials, grasses, shrubs, conifers and trees from our own production - almost everything that grows in the garden at the cabin we offer

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

From the total prices it is possible to apply the following discounts:

- For staying outside the summer season for only 2 people, it is possible to apply a 20 % discount on the price list.

- For a week stay extended by another week, a 10 % discount on the price list is possible.

- Whether you take your own bedding, towels and cloths you can apply a discount of 300 CZK.

Christmas stays

Event - The winter season lasts from 1 October to 31 May !!!

The price includes common consumption of water, electricity, wood, toiletries, cleaning products, recreational fees and lending bed liners, towels and cloths

Ordering a stay can be sent by sending the demand e - mail

If you are interested in staying a preliminary deposit that is 50% of the price of stay

The rest of the amount for the total amount consists on the spot when handing over the building just before the stay

You can take your dog with you, but keep in mind that everything is made of soft wood and you need to take care of increased caution

But please report this fact in advance

For the dog we charge 1000 CZK per stay, in the case of more dogs we charge 1000 CZK for each.

Cancel Conditions:

If we cancel the stay more than 30 days before boarding, we charge 1500 CZK and the remaining part of the advance will be sent back immediately.

If we cancel the stay 30 - 15 days before starting our stay, we charge 4000 CZK and the remaining part of the advance will be sent back immediately.

When canceling a stay 14 - 0 days before starting to stay, we no longer return the deposit

But we ask about this fact, we will try to find some solution with you to alleviate this unpleasant situation.

In case you have the opportunity to send someone else for yourself, just report this fact and the reservations continue to apply according to the original agreement.
