VISITATION ORDER:

1. Arrival is self-service

Guests will have access to the property for the first time using the code assigned to them

The code will be communicated to the guest shortly before arrival

The keys are in the safe by the main door and must be returned to the original location before departure

2. The cottage is ready from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance

All guests, including children, are required to fill out a registration form and drop it in the drop box in the lobby

3. The price is set for the entire cottage

The price includes all the equipment of the cottage, i.e. towels, bedding, hygiene items, basic kitchen equipment such as

towels, soap and dish sponge, or

starter set for the dishwasher in the kitchen

The price does not include energy, water, wood and cleaning

The cleaning is done by the guests themselves

The refundable deposit is set at 5,000 CZK for the entire cottage

A deposit of half the price for the stay is payable in advance and the reservation is confirmed upon its payment

By paying the deposit, the guest agrees to our Visitor Regulations

Information on the due date of any additional payment for the total price for accommodation can be found in the email

4.Cancellation fees: The reservation deposit is non-refundable

5. We provide accommodation for a maximum of 14 people in the entire cottage

6. The guest is obliged to use the cottage exclusively for recreation and to treat the object and equipment with the utmost care

The guest shall immediately report any damage or loss to the equipment during the stay to the owner

A fault discovered after departure will be attributed to the last guest

7. The guest is obliged to follow the information and instructions of the accommodation provider

8.Nocturnal quiet is required with regard to neighbors from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

9. Our cottage is strictly non-smoking

10. Wifi connection is free in the entire building

11. Wood (prepared in the building or in the woodshed) is available to the guest, price 1m2/1800CZK

The grill can only be used outdoors and outside the terrace shelter at a safe distance from the cottage and flammable material

12. Stay with pets is not possible

13. Without the consent of the owner, it is not allowed to move equipment and furniture, interfere with the electrical network and other installations

14. When leaving the cottage, always close the windows, turn off the lights and lock the door

15. There are 8 parking spaces available for guests at the building

16. The guest is obliged to use the sauna and outdoor bathtub exclusively according to the instructions of the accommodation provider

17. Movement around the interior of the building is possible only in indoor shoes

18. We ask guests to observe order

Use only trash cans to dispose of trash, or

containers designed for this

19. In case of damage to the cottage or equipment, the guest bears the full cost

We recommend taking out appropriate liability insurance

The responsible person, i.e. the guest who rented the cottage and shares it with other guests, is responsible for order and damages

20. At the start of the stay, the guest will check the condition of the equipment and the cottage and report any defects to the owner, the guest can also check the status of the electricity meters in the electricity pole near the cottage

21. Before departure, the guest is obliged to return the object of the rental to the condition in which he received it at the beginning (all equipment and facilities in place) except for normal pollution

In the event of significant soiling of the cottage, we are authorized to charge an additional cleaning fee of CZK 2,000 or the actual price of the cleaning company

22. The owner bears no responsibility for damage, loss of property or injury to guests

Parents are responsible for the safety of their children inside and outside the building

23. The guest is obliged to allow the owner or a person authorized by him to enter and inspect the property, after prior notification

24. Bins for mixed and sorted waste can be found in front of the cottage

25. Departure is also self-service until 11:00 a.m

26. Gross violation of the Visiting Regulations may lead to early termination of the lease by the owner without compensation.

Other important information:

1.) After the request to reserve the cottage, the guest will receive information for the payment of the reservation fee, or will receive an invoice after sending the invoicing information

After making the payment, the guest will receive the accommodation rules and instructions for the stay

2.) The deposit for booking the cottage is 50% of the price

The deposit is non-refundable, but in the event of a ban by the state, it can be moved to another date.

3.) One week before arrival, payment of the supplement for the entire stay to the account

4.) A cash deposit of CZK 5,000 upon arrival

The deposit is refundable after the end of the stay

5.) Consumption of electricity and water, wood, municipal tax, is not included in the price of the stay - payment according to actual consumption upon departure from the deposit

6.) During the stay, the guest is obliged to respect the accommodation rules and instructions for the stay

7.) I prefer weekly stays and families with children
