Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 bedrooms in the attic of the building

In the first bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds, in the second bedroom there is a double bed, 1 x single bed and an additional bunk bed for a child, in the third there is a double bed

In the living room, there are two more places on the large sofa for sleeping in case of emergency.

Sanitary facilities: There are 2 bathrooms in the building

The first of them is on the ground floor and is equipped with a toilet + sink and a large corner bathtub

The second bathroom is in the attic and is equipped with a toilet with a sink and a bathtub.

Heating: Indoor large accumulation fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Own, 3 parking spaces at the building.

The building has its own equipped kitchen

Restaurants in the vicinity (500 - 3000 m)

From spring to autumn, food stalls around the pond (300 m)

On the ground floor of the building there is a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa and a massive table

It is equipped with a Full HD TV, a DVD player and a home theater with 5.1 sound

It includes a perfectly equipped kitchenette with two refrigerators, a kettle, a microwave oven, an oven with a stove and a toaster

It goes without saying that all dishes and kitchen utensils are provided

Bicycles and scooters can be rented by prior arrangement

You can now also buy nice decorations, bracelets and candles from our own production

For garden lovers, we also offer the option of purchasing rockeries, perennials, grasses and shrubs from our own production.

The following DISCOUNTS can be applied from the total prices:

- a 20% discount from the list price is possible for a stay of only two people outside the summer season.

- a 10% discount from the list price is possible if the weekly stay is extended by another week

- if you bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, there is a 300 CZK discount.

The price already includes your normal consumption of water, electricity, wood for heating, as well as toiletries, cleaning products, recreation fees and the rental of bed linen, towels and tea towels

Booking a stay is possible by sending a request by e-mail

If you are interested in a stay, a preliminary deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is required

The rest of the total amount is paid on site when handing over the object before the stay

You can also bring your dog with you, but be aware that everything is made of soft wood and extra care is required

Please report this fact in advance

We charge 1000 CZK per stay for a dog

If you have more than one dog, we charge 1000 CZK for each one.

CANCELLATION conditions: in the event that our accommodation activity is prohibited, or there is a mass ban on the free movement of persons ordered by a state authority, we will immediately return the entire paid deposit.

If you cancel your stay for any other reason (but you can also send someone else for you), the following applies:

for the cancellation of the stay more than 30 days before the start of the stay, we charge CZK 1,500, the remaining part of the paid deposit will be returned immediately.

For cancellation of the stay 30 - 15 days before the start of the stay, we charge CZK 5,000, the remaining part of the paid deposit will be returned immediately.

If the stay is canceled 14 - 0 days before the start of the stay, we will not return the deposit

However, we ask for information about this fact and we will try to find a solution with you to alleviate this unpleasant situation.
