We offer pleasant and comfortable accommodation in a First Republic villa (former police station) in a unique location with an amazing period atmosphere in the very heart of the Prachovské skal, in the Bohemian Paradise location
The villa is located almost alone among the rocks, directly below the famous rock lookout Leaning Tower
We only rent the building as a whole and it is strictly non-smoking
This type of recreation is especially suitable for groups of friendly families with children, climbers, hikers, cyclists, management teams, etc.
An indisputable advantage for families with children is the location of the property, as it is a charming corner of the Prachovské skal untouched by vehicle traffic at the very border of the nature reserve
The villa is located directly on hiking trails, educational trails and cycle paths (for cyclists we have a lockable bike shed).

The bedrooms are equipped with solid wood furniture, beds with an overstandard width of 100 cm with a quality German 16 cm high mattress and an adjustable grid that can be adjusted in height for both the head, legs and the weight of the vacationer
Pillows and blankets are hollow fiber with crepe bedding
Powerful free WIFI is available to vacationers throughout the villa and the adjacent property.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is 1 separate WC, a bathroom with two sinks, an acrylic bathtub, a 90x90 cm shower, a direct heater, a washing machine and a boiler for 200 l of hot water, which is heated up throughout the day
On the mezzanine floor there is a second bathroom with two sandstone sinks, a 100x80cm shower and a toilet.
Heating: The heating of the villa is primarily provided by a 12KW electric boiler
At the current prices of overpriced electricity, an hour of heating will cost approx. 100 CZK
We responded to this situation and equipped the property with a new fireplace stove with heat exchanger located in the living room, which is connected to the central heating system
This is an Aquaflam 17 fireplace stove with automatic control of the burning temperature, which ensures optimal heat consumption
In 1.5 hours
after flooding, all 15 radiators in the building are heated to operating temperature
Heating with wood in these stoves costs about 30% of the costs of heating with electricity
Wood for the fireplace stove is charged according to the quantity consumed.
Transportation, parking: Possibility to park 2 cars behind the lockable gate on the property, or directly in front of the villa in the parking lot for 4 - 5 cars.

oven, microwave oven, kettle, stick blender, sandwich maker, deep fryer, dishwasher for 12 sets, kitchen equipment + dishes and cutlery set for 12 people
Both a Sencor coffee machine for drip ground coffee and a Krups coffee machine for Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules are available for coffee preparation
In case of interest, it is possible to arrange meals in the Hotel under the Leaning Tower, 30 meters away
