Villa Prachovka

We offer pleasant and comfortable accommodation in the First Republic villa (former lodge) in a unique place with an amazing period atmosphere in the heart of Prachovské rocks, in the locality Bohemian Paradise

The villa is almost in the secluded rocks, directly under the well -known rock view of the oblique tower

The building is rented only as a whole and is strictly non -smoking

This method of recreation is especially suitable for groups of friendly families with children, climbers, tourists, cycling, managerial teams, etc.

An indisputable advantage for families with children is the location of the building, as it is a charming corner of Prachov rocks untouched by the operation of vehicles on the very border of the nature reserve

The villa is located directly on hiking trails, nature trails and cycle paths (for cyclists we have a lockable kolárna).

Accommodation in the Villa

Bedrooms and rooms: Villa only as the whole object for max

On the ground floor there is a living room with tables and chairs, TV plasma angles

The living room is directly connected to the kitchen

On the first floor there is 3x double room (1x with TV) and 1x triple

The fifth room is located on the ground floor of a triple with a TV

Bedrooms are equipped with solid wood furniture, 100 cm wide beds with a high -quality German 16 cm high mattress and adjustable grate, which is height adjustable for both the head, legs and the weight of the holidaymaker

Pillows and blankets are made of hollow fiber with crepe bedding

There is a powerful free wifi throughout the villa and the adjacent land.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there are 1 separate toilet, bathroom with two sinks, acrylic tub, shower 90x90cm, heaters, washing machine and boiler for 200 liters of hot water, which overheat throughout the day

In the mezzanine staircase is the second bathroom with two sandstone sinks, shower 100x80cm and toilet.

Heating: The villa heating is primarily solved by an electric boiler with an output of 12kW

We responded to this situation and equipped the building with new stoves with an exchanger located in the living room that are connected to the heating system of the central heating

It is an Aquaflam 17 stove with automatic burning temperature control that ensures optimum heating consumption

For 1.5 hours

After flooding, all 15 radiators in the building are heated to operating temperature

Wood heating in these stoves will cost about 30% of the cost of heating electricity

Wood for fireplace stoves is for a fee according to the amount consumed.

Transportation, parking: Possibility to park 2 cars behind the lockable gate on the plot, or directly in front of the villa on parking for 4 - 5 cars.

There is a fully equipped kitchen - 2x fridge with freezer, glass - ceramic board, el

Oven, microwave, kettle, rod blender, sandwich, deep frithes, dishwasher for 12 sets, kitchen equipment + dishes and cutlery for 12 people

There is both a Sencor coffee machine for dripping ground coffee and a Krups coffee machine on the Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules

In case of interest the possibility of agreed meals in a 30m distant hotel under the sloping tower

There is also a restaurant with a bar.

The final cleaning is carried out by the visitor himself, otherwise the fee of 1000,- CZK (download of the used bedding, waterproofing, garbage strain, final washing of dishes, etc.
