In addition to the internal equipment, there is an enclosed mature garden with a view of the pond and the possibility of sitting in a garden gazebo with an outdoor grill (stone)

In the garden there is an opportunity to use attractions for children

The location of the plot and mature trees provide privacy both in the cottage and in the garden

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The building is 4 + 1st ground floor kitchen with dining room, living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with tiled stoves and other kitchenette

Further on the ground floor of the bedroom (3 full beds + 1 extra bed)

Upstairs 2 separate rooms (2 + 1 beds; 2 + 1 Bed bed)

Beds have quality mattresses.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, bathroom with toilet and shower

Available sauna for 3 - 4 people.

Heating: It is heated with wood, or can be combined with direct heaters (electric

energy for heating is not included in the basic price) Fireplace stove with hot air distribution to the floor

On the ground floor, there is also a functional tiled stove in the living room and a kitchen tiled stove with hotplate and oven, all wood-burning, which is available

(dry and hard wood).

Transportation, parking: Parking for 2 cars in the shelter, it is also possible to park another 2 cars next to the building

Bikes can be placed in the garage.

On June 1, 2023, the tastefully and stylishly renovated restaurant Lidový dům was opened in Zaječov, where you can go for lunch or dinner, you will enjoy the food

In the summer months, pleasant sitting in the garden, there is also quality Pilsner beer
